Step 1 Summer 7s Info Form Please complete the linked electronic form. When you have completed all of the fields, please choose "Submit" at the bottom of the form. By clicking "Submit" you are delivering your registration information to our Registration team for processing. Complete Registration Form
Step 2 Payment Payment can be made by check or cash to a board member at any practice. You may also make you payment online. Additional fees necessary for competition. Online Payments Here
Step 3 Returning vs New Returning EG Players have now completed the Summer 7s registration process. New players joining EG United, please complete the following steps as well.
Step 4 Documents ALL NEW REGISTRATIONS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A CLEAR, LEGIBLE IMAGE OR COPY OF THE ATHLETE'S BIRTH CERTIFICATE IF IN 6TH GRADE OR BELOW. IN ADDITION, PLAYERS 7TH GRADE AND ABOVE MUST SUBMIT A CLEAR, DIGITAL IMAGE OF PLAYERS SCHOOL ID. DIGITAL IMAGE OR .PDF MAYBE SUBMITTED VIA EMAIL.. email documents to: EGUnitedRugby@gmail.com

Step 9 Final Steps AFTER REVIEWING THE LINKED FORMS, GATHER YOUR DOCUMENTS, INCLUDING YOUR "SIGNATURE FORM" AND BRING THEM TO OUR NEXT PRACTICE FOR SUBMISSION.

To complete your payment online with a credit/debt card, please use the payment window below. Enter the player(s) name associated with the registration in the ‘Special Instructions’ section. All credit/debt charges are processed with a nominal fee. Please save your receipt and submit it to the Registration Manager to confirm your registration has been paid.

REMEMBER: To complete your registration, please bring your identification documents to our next practice or event. At that time, you may submit your “Signature Form,” cash or check payment and any other documents to our Registration Manager or Board Member. The Registration Manager will confirm the status of your registration and any future steps that may be needed. Thank You.
